Dr. Hudson is a 2020 graduate of University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Behavior at Bucknell University where she was a member/captain of the cheerleading squad and was very active in research and the pre-veterinary club. Dr. Hudson grew up caring for horses in Northern Kentucky and volunteering at equitherapy barns and the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.
While in veterinary school at University of Minnesota, Dr. Hudson discovered a passion for equine ophthalmology. After her year-long rotating equine ambulatory and hospital internship in Lexington, Kentucky, immediately following veterinary school, she completed a fellowship in Virginia/Maryland, receiving advanced training in ambulatory equine ophthalmology working with a renowned, boarded veterinary ophthalmologist exclusively treating equine patients. Dr. Hudson is looking forward to coming home, putting her roots down in Ohio and working with the veterinarians, clients, and patients at Lebanon Equine Clinic. In her free time Dr. Hudson enjoys spending time outside with her husband, Tom, family, and friends.
